Advert Analysis

    You have made a really good start here and you have covered everything needed; you have provided some explanations and given some examples although some information needs to be put into context / drawn in.

    To improve:
    - check spelling and punctuation throughout (apostrophes and missing letters etc)
    - is the advert completely anti-realist throughout?
    - I do not agree that the advert is completely surreal, you need to watch it again and include a vital term (which you should find on the style PPt.)
    - you say the editing is done well - use media terms and describe techniques - what are the advert makers trying to achieve?
    - why are there no special effects (links to last point)
    - only discuss AIDA in relation to this advert
    - on the characteristics slide, mention humour and discuss Marmite being self-aware / self-depricating.
